1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using FormMate 80 ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Nature of the service
FormMate 80 is an independent tool that assists with completing Form 80 Personal Character Assessment. It is not affiliated with the Australian Government, the Department of Home Affairs, or any migration agency.
The Service is a data-entry aid only. It does not:
- Provide immigration or migration advice.
- Guarantee any visa application outcome.
- Submit your form to any government authority on your behalf.
- Validate the accuracy or completeness of your answers.
3. Your responsibilities
⚠️ You are solely responsible for reviewing all information in your completed form before submitting it to the Department of Home Affairs. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information to a government authority is a serious criminal offence under Australian law and may result in visa refusal, cancellation, or prosecution.
By using this Service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information.
- Verify all pre-filled content before submitting any document to any authority.
- Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Keep your account credentials confidential.
4. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for your particular use case.
The PDF generated by FormMate 80 is based on the official DIBP Form 80 (Design date 03/21). Field mappings are provided in good faith but may not be perfectly accurate for all scenarios. Always verify the generated PDF against the official form available at immi.homeaffairs.gov.au.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FormMate 80 and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to visa delays, refusals, or any reliance on information generated by the Service.
6. Intellectual property
Form 80 is an official Australian Government document. FormMate 80 does not claim ownership of the official form template. The software, design, and content of the FormMate 80 service (excluding the Form 80 template itself) are the property of FormMate 80.
7. Account termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will update the "last updated" date when changes are made.
