The PDF generated by FormMate 80 is based on the official DIBP Form 80 (Design date 03/21). Field mappings are provided in good faith but may not be perfectly accurate for all scenarios. Always verify the generated PDF against the official form available at immi.homeaffairs.gov.au.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FormMate 80 and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to visa delays, refusals, or any reliance on information generated by the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
